When hiring a team member, this service is rated by the hour. As an hourly rate. For example, our starting cost but the more experience you require the higher the rate will be for all team member levels.

Recruit and Hire Event Teams - Add our event team to your hiring process and recruit better team members faster. Use The Eventz Team to source new rockstars to your plans, schedule (Meet before Hire), do code challenges and check their profiles and references. Not local in our local areas of business? No worries, as your event planners, we have options for booking our event teams and Business support for service. It is part of our job to help you get things done as much as you need us to. It's really that simple!

 

We do not place anyone from The Eventz Team to work with clients until we are 100% confident in their ability but thought we do offer discount rates for clients who are willing to work with our newbie's freelancer and trainees from our planner program for services. Either way, all you have to do is send in your booking request.

Full Event Management 

( Day of service ) is automatically added to your planning process for the day of Logistics Management with The Eventz Team Full Event Planning or you have already planned your own event and have done all the planning and Design yourself but need an event management team.

We start 30-90 days from the event date to ensure seamless execution by all of your vendors. This helps clients for the final days up to manage all the details & any loose ends for their event day.​

​

We're the first to arrive and last to leave.            

Includes:

  • Executive Event planner for finalization 

  • Team coordinator (s)

  • Team Assistant (s)

Event Coordination Support

Event teams are hired are the duration of that particular role to a single event. This service means that you have planned and designed your very own event.

​

You have everything planned and under control, but the thought of the execution of the day is scary—We’ve got you!

With this service, we can assist you in creating one rockin’ timeline that is filled with all the details.

You are able to add on- our on-demand coordination team to assist with a few event-related tasks for the Day of. â€‹

​

You are about to hire as many roles as needed and members for your event role.

Event Design Support

Hire Design Assistants for support when you don't have time yourself and don't want family or friends to get involved? just hand over your design plans. to The Eventz Team. We can come the day before or the morning of to set up your decor. A 60-minute prep meeting and 5 hours on the event day.

Once you event planned and created the event design, you can add this service to your event/wedding to help you put all the beautiful things you have in mind for your event.

​

Price will depend on the complexity of your design, the number of guests, the number of locations, the time allotted for set-up, and the strike of your event. is not included until there is a time and the needs for the setup and Day of the event.

This refers to business owners that have long-term goals and are in need of temp hire to join your team for an ongoing project and to support in-house work. 

 

If you own an event planning company and would like to need some additional support? We'd love to help you too! We often work with other event planner companies who need an extra pair of hands (or two) within their workspace or onsite events. We can provide advanced support per your direction, or additional event teams onsite to oversee certain aspects of the event.
